Blaasveld Broek fait référence au magnifique domaine naturel Het Broek à deux pas de la Distillerie De Molenberg à Blaasveld. Pendant des siècles, de la tourbe y était extraite, qui à l’époque servait surtout comme combustible et également pour le séchage du malt d’orge.
